摘要 介绍了道桥用聚合物水泥基防水涂料的制备方法。以苯丙乳液和醋酸乙烯酯乳液为主要原料、采用正交试验法制得液料,根据JC/T 975—2005《道桥用防水涂料》的要求确定液料与粉料的配合比,制得的JS涂料拉伸强度达到1.56MPa,断裂延伸率为460%,与混凝土基层的剥离强度、剪切粘结强度等应用性能也符合道桥使用要求。同时总结了该材料的性能特点和施工注意事项。 This article introduces the preparation of polymer cement waterproofing coating for road and bridge. The liquid is made from styrene-acrylic emulsion and vinyl acetate emulsion as main raw materials by orthogonal experiment. The ratio of liquid to powder is optimized according to JC/T 975-2005 ((Waterproofing coatings for concrete bridge and road surface)). The tensile strength of the coating is 1.56 MPa and its elongation at break reaches 460%, and its application performances, such as peel strength to the concrete substrate, shear bond strength and so on, all meet the requirements of the standard. The article summarizes characteristics and construction points for attention of this coating.
