北京某住宅楼地下室防水采用混凝土结构自防水与两层SBS防水卷材相结合的常规做法。本文着重对工程难点特别是结构沉降缝包括两单元间沉降缝、施工段分隔处沉降缝的防水设计与施工做法进行了讨论。
