摘要
在精粗比为3∶7的滩羊日粮中,添加不同剂量的益生酵母(0,0.1%,0.3%,0.5%和0.7%)进行了体外批次培养,并应用单项组合效应值(SFAEI)和多项组合效应指数(MFAEI)对中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量、氨氮(NH3-N)浓度、菌体蛋白(BCP)浓度、pH、产气量和总挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度进行评定。单项组合效应值评定结果表明:NDF含量以添加量为0.1%组高于其他添加组,NH3-N浓度以0.3%组较高,BCP浓度以0.1%和0.3%组较高,pH以0.3%和0.5%组较高,产气量和总VFA浓度均以0.3%和0.7%组较高。多项指标综合评定结果表明:在精粗比为3∶7的日粮条件下,益生酵母在滩羊日粮中的适宜添加量为0.3%。
Different levels of dietary Yea-Sacc were added into a basal diet with concentrate to roughage (C/R) ratio of 3 : 7 for the Tan Sheep and done experiments in vitro. The single-factors associative effects indices ( SFAEI ) and multiple-factors associative effects indices (MFAEI) were used to assess the concentration of NDF, NHa-N and BCP, pH, gas production and the total VFA levels. The assessment with SFAEI showed that the concentration of NDF at supplement of 0. 1% was higher than the others, the concentration of NH3-N at 0. 3% was the highest, the concentration of BCP at 0. 1% and 0. 3% were higher than others, pH at 0. 3% and 0. 5% were the highest, the gas production and total VFA level at 0. 3% and 0. 7% were higher than others. The assessment with MFAEI showed that the appropriate supplementation of dietary Yea-Sace for the Tan Sheep was 0. 3% with the concentrate/roughage ratio of 3 : 7.
