超细ZrO_2中Y_2O_3的快速测定 被引量:2

摘要 分析掺钇的超细氧化锆时,试用连续络合滴定法测定样品中的ZrO2和Y2O3当ZrO2被滴定后,调节溶液的pH值5-6测Y2O3时,因Zr-EDTA配合物部分分解(此类样品中含ZrO2一般在94%以上),导致Y2O3的测定困难。作者选用合适的掩蔽剂已欧丙酮能定量掩蔽大量的ZrO2+,从而为此类样品中Y2O3的直接测定提供了准确、快捷的方法,它灵敏度高,终点变色敏锐,结果的标准偏差为0.041%。 A trial determination of ZrO2 and Y2O3 in the tested samples has been done by continuous complexometric titration before analyzing yttium-doping ultrafine zirconia. After ZrO2 is titraed, the pH value of the solution is normally adjusted between 5 and 6 in determing Y2O3, but difficulty of analyzing Y2O3 has drisen from the partial decomposition of Zr-EDTA complex(this type of sample generally contains ZrO2 above 94% ).The authors have applied an appropriate masking agent, i. e. acetylacetone for the purpose of quantitative masking of large amount of ZrO2+ . Thus, an accurate and quick method for the direct determination of Y2O3 in the samples is provided in this paper, which is characterized by high sensitiveness, and sharp titration end-point. The standard deviation of the result is 0. 041%.
