摘要
液动力是设计、分析液压控制阀及液压系统考虑的重要因素之一。该文采用理论推导与CFD结合的方法,利用流体分析软件FLUENT进行不同开口度下的仿真实验,仿真研究了不同开口度以及不同边界条件的滑阀阀内的流场,分析了出口节流滑阀阀芯所受的最大液动力,并提出了优化方法。所进行的研究工作对于系统建模分析和滑阀液动力的补偿研究提供了依据。
Flow force is one of the important factors that we should consider when we design,calculate hydraulic control valve and hydraulic systems.The paper adopts the method of combining the theory deducing and the CFD,the experiment is conducted by the FLUENT using different displacement of the spool valve.Flow field inside the spool valve is gained by FLUENT in different boundary conditions.The maximal flow force of the spool valve is calculated,and optimized method is proposed.Research work which is carried out provides a basis for system analysis and flow force compensation studies.
