摘要
论述了在普通车床上加工活塞杆的连接杆效率低下的原因以及难以保证尺寸精的原因。通过论证思考分析改进工艺流程,可以用数控车床代替普通车床加工连接杆。这样就省去在加工中心铣基准面的工序,但与此同时要改进夹具及其工装才能满足加工要求,改善后不仅提高了产能,而且大大节省了操作工的劳动量,满足了生产生产任务。
This article discusses the lathe machining of the piston rod Connecting rod causes inefficient and difficult to guarantee the Size of the reasons.Reflection and analysis by demonstrating Improvement process,can be used instead of ordinary lathe CNC Lathe connecting rod.This eliminiates the need for datum in machining centers and milling processes.At the sametime to im-prove the productivity,and saves the operator the amount of Labor to meet production tasks.
