双微体与消化系肿瘤

Double Minute Chromosomes and Gastrointestinal Tumor

摘要 肿瘤细胞中常见基因扩增,癌基因拷贝数的增加是导致癌基因激活的重要机制之一。双微体是基因扩增的主要细胞遗传学标志,也是染色体外基因扩增的主要载体。研究表明双微体与基因组不稳定、肿瘤及耐药密切相关,针对双微体的深入研究对于肿瘤遗传学的发展及其临床应用有着重要的意义。全文就双微体与消化系统肿瘤相关性的研究进展作一综述,旨在为今后消化系统肿瘤的预防和治疗提供新的思路。
