Study on Compound for Back Cover of Refrigerator Compressor

以聚丙烯为基料 ,POE为增韧剂 ,活化滑石粉为增强剂 ,研制出了冰箱压缩机后罩专用料。考察了滑石粉填充聚丙烯的性能变化及降温母料、POE、增容剂几种因素对材料性能的影响。经试用 。

Using PP as matrix resin,POE as toughener,activated talc as reinforcer, compound for back cover of refrigerator compressor is prepared.Influences of property changes of talc filled PP,temperature decreasing masterbatch,POE and compatibilizer on blends properties are studied. Results on probation show that the compound can meet the demands of the back cover of refrigerator compressor.
