用十二烷基苯磺酸催化合成没食子酸正辛酯

Synthesis of n-Octyl Gallate by Use of Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid Catalyst

以十二烷基苯磺酸为催化剂 ,酸醇直接酯化合成没食子酸正辛酯。对醇酸摩尔比 ,催化剂用量和反应时间进行了正交试验 ,得出了最佳工艺条件 ,还对产品进行了熔点测定、元素分析和红外光谱分析。

The n-octyl gallate was prepared by esterification of alcohol and gallic acid in catalysis system of dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid. Furthermore, orthogonal experiments were done on the molar ratio of alcohol to gallic acid, the quantities of catalyst and the reaction time and have been the best condition found out. Determination of melting point and analysis of elementary and infrared spectra was discussed in this paper.
