Expression and significance of platelet-derived growth factor in PMF

目的:探讨血小板衍化生长因子受体-ɑ(PDGFR-ɑ)在继发性骨髓纤维化骨髓组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化染色法,检测继发性骨髓纤维化组、对照组骨髓组织中PDGFR-α的表达情况。结果:继发性骨髓纤维化组骨髓组织中PDGFR-α的表达明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDGFR-α可能与继发性骨髓纤维化的发生、发展存在一定关联。

Objective：To investigate the clinical significance and expression of platelet-derived growth factor receptor-alpha（PDGFR-α） in Secondary bone marrow fibrosis.Methods：Using immuno biochemical staining to test the expression of PDGFR-α in 30 Secondary bone marrow fibrosis,24 contrast.Results：The PDGFR-α was highly increased in Secondary bone marrow fibrosis than contrast.Conclusion：The PDGFR-α was highly expressed in Secondary bone marrow fibrosis than contrast,the PDGFR-α may be associated with secondary myelofibrosis occurrence,development relationship.
