For enhancing the core competitiveness of higher TCM education and wining development initiative,we should grasp the reform direction of higher TCM education based on analysis strategically on current situation.The education idea,education localization,appraisal system and investment mechanism should be reformed,and the development of quality,features and culture will be taken as key points.The supporting measures include talent gathering,scientific planning,management enhancing and autonomy enlarging.
