轻型门式刚架梁柱连接如何设计成刚性节点 被引量:14

摘要 CECS 102∶2002《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》的诸多规定,是以梁和柱刚性连接为基础的。但规程内容对此缺少明确指示,以致有些设计的连接节点刚度不足,从而使结构的可靠度下降。同时,近年来的研究工作表明,规程所推荐的端板螺栓连接必须采取有效措施才能满足刚性节点的要求。在实际工作中,必须有适当的准则来衡量节点转动刚度是否合格。采用欧盟设计规范EC3规定的准则,结合算例进行分析,表明加厚节点域腹板、设置斜加劲肋和增大端板厚度都可以实现刚性节点。另一方面,采用上翼缘拼接板比CECS 102∶2002推荐的构造方案更为有效。最后提出设计建议供修订CECS 102∶2002规程参考。 The provisions in the "Technical Specification for Steel Structure of Light-Weight Buildings with Gabled Frames" (CECS 102 :2002) are based on rigid connections between the beam and the column. However, clear instruction in this regard is lacking in this document, so that the joint rigidity in some designs is inadequate and thus decreasing the reliability of the structure. In addition, research work in recent years reveals that effective measures have to be taken in order to fulfill the requirement of rigid joint for bolted end-plate connections recommended by the specification. In practical work, a criterion has to be established to assess whether the rotational rigidity of the connection is adequate. The criterion of the design code EC3 of the European Union is adopted in this study and, in analyzing a working example, it is shown that using thicker web plate in the panel zone, adding a pair of diagonal stiffeners to the panel zone, as well as augmenting the thickness of the end-plate, are all good for realizing a rigid joint. On the other hand, adoption of an upper flange splice plate is more effective than the detailing scheme recommended by the CECS 102 specification. Design suggestions are presented lastly to serve as reference for revising this specification.
