摘要 以汉阳锅顶山垃圾焚烧发电厂厂房为例,介绍超高、超重型管桁架柱制作技术。通过技术创新,自制切割、焊接简易胎具,解决主弦杆对接焊缝焊接量大、质量要求高等问题;通过整体组装、分段焊接的工艺,解决钢柱弯曲度及现场拼接要求,现场验收一次通过;通过改变传统组装程序,自制钢管组装装置,保证焊缝内部及外观质量要求,多条相贯线焊缝光滑一致,达到设计要求。 Taking the refuse incineration plant at Hanyang Guoding Mountain for example, it is introduced the fabrication technology of oversize pipe truss columns. The clamping fixtures for cutting and welding have been made by ourselves through technical innovation. Thus the problems of large amount of butt welding with high quality requirement on main chord member have been solved. With the procedure of integral assembly and sequence welding, tortuosity of the whole pipe truss column meets the requirements of the site assembly, which passed the site acceptance during the first inspection period. By changing the tradditional assembly procedure,with the help of steel assembly equipment made by ourselves,the quality of interior welding and external appearance has been ensured. All the lines of intersection on welds are smooth, which meets the design requirements.
