3D-CTA对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值和治疗的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨3D-CTA对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值和指导治疗的意义。方法:对32例疑似颅内动脉瘤的患者行3D-CTA检查,VR重建图像,分析图像采集信息,手术前掌握更多与动脉瘤有关资料指导手术。结果:32例患者经3D-CTA发现31例37个不同部位颅内动脉瘤。1例阴性经DSA确诊为大脑后动脉动脉瘤。26例行手术,共夹闭29个动脉瘤,2例家属放弃死亡,4例转上级医院治疗。结论:3D-CTA在颅内动脉瘤的诊断,筛查中安全,可靠。能为动脉瘤的夹闭手术提供详实的影像学资料,指导手术。
