癌症患者生活质量特点调查分析

Study on characteristics of quality of life of Chinese cancer patients

目的:初步探讨癌症患者生活质量的影响因素。方法:采用中国癌症患者生活质量量表对100例癌症患者进行问卷调查,根据患者的个人特征,如:性别、婚姻状况、是否手术、年龄、文化程度等进行了对比分析。结果:不同性别、婚姻状况、是否手术癌症患者的生活质量各因素均数比较,差异无统计学意义;不同年龄、文化程度癌症患者的生活质量各因素均数比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:性别、婚姻状况及是否手术并不影响癌症患者的生活质量;患者年龄、文化程度与癌症患者的生活质量好坏有明显相关性。

Objective：To explore influence factors of quality of life in Chinese cancer patients.Methods ：a questionnaire survey：of Chinese cancer patients quality of life scale for 100 cancer patients,based on the patient＇s personal characteristics,such as： gender,marital status,whether surgery,age,educational level,etc.were compared.Results： Different gender,marital status,whether surgical of cancer patients,the difference were not statistically significant;different age,educational level of cancer patients significant,the difference were statistically significant.Conclusion： Gender,marital status and whether the surgery does not affect the quality of life of cancer patients;patient＇s age,educational level of cancer patients have significant correlation.
