内蒙古区域经济差异变动轨迹分析

Inner Mongolia district economy difference change trend analysis

基于内蒙古1978～2009年的社会经济发展统计数据,以盟市为研究单元,采用定性和定量相结合的方法,对内蒙古近30年的经济发展特征进行综合分析。结果发现,1978~2009年间内蒙古经济绝对差异呈逐年扩大态势,而以变差系数和锡尔系数所测度的内蒙古盟市域经济经历了＂平稳波动——快速扩大——稳步扩大＂三个阶段,呈现波动性扩大趋势。蒙东、蒙中、蒙西三大区域间差距Tbr对总差距的贡献率呈逐年增加趋势,而区域内各地区差距Twr对总差距的贡献率呈逐年减少趋势。

Based on the statistical data of social economic development in Inner Mongolia from 1978 to 2009,city as a unit,use the qualitative method and quantitative method to analyze the feature of economic development of inner mongolia in about 30 years.The result shows that the absolute economic disparity of inner mongolia is becoming wider from 1978 to 2009.The three stages of city＇s economic experience,which are measured by the variation coefficient and Theil coefficient,are＂smooth fluctuate-fast expand-steady expand＂,so the trend is undulate.The disparity of Inner Mongolia、East Mongolia、West Mongolia,which is called Tbr,contribute more and more to the total disparity;but the disparity of dirfferent places,which is called Twr,contribute less and less to the total disparity.
