中国创意经济增长机制探析 被引量:1

摘要 创意经济本质上是内生经济增长。近些年来,中国创意经济呈持续增长趋势,对经济增长作用日益明显。本文运用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数建立了创意经济投入产出模型,以是否受外部因素影响为前提,通过对2000~2009年的专利、研发费用和研发人员进行定量分析,指出中国创意经济虽发展迅猛但相对落后,且受随机因素影响较大,应继续加大研发费用和研发人员投入力度,重点提高研发人员的数量和质量。 in recent years,the creative economy is growing,and more obvious effect on economic growth,creative economy is essentially an endogenous economic growth.This paper established the creative economy input-output model by Douglas production function,and regard external factors influence as the premise,makes quantitative analysis on the patent,research and development expenses and researchers from 2000 to 2009.It points out that although the rapid development of China's creative economy but is relatively backward,and random factors influence is bigger,we should continue to increase development costs and RD investment,focus on increasing the number and quality of researchers.
