汉语文献传统中的“异族书写”——从《史记·西南夷列传》谈起

Writing of Other Ethnic Groups in the Tradition of Chinese Literature——From the Southwestern Minority Biography

汉语文献对族群身份的表述历来已久,其对"异族"形象的书写在近代亦引起诸多反思与论争。以《史记·西南夷列传》为例,司马迁对"西南"之书写用"蛮夷"二字总括,不免粗疏。如若从"西南"与"蛮夷"、"西南"与"一点四方"之关系加以辨析,将有助于对汉语文献传统中异族形象书写之理解。同时,笔者引入《华阳国志·巴志》中"西南"之自表述,在西南第三人称表述的期待中,意在对多民族文学书写的倡导做一回应。

It is a long history of the representation of ethnic identity in Chinese literature. This image writing of other ethnic group has been given rise to a lot of reflection and debates in modern times. Takinf Southwestern Minority Biography as an example, Sima Qian used barbarian to allege ethnic group in southwest, this is obviously a crude way. If we can analyze it from the relation- ship between southwestern and central plains and the four directions , we will have a good understanding of it. This paper intro- duces ＂Huayang＂ , with the expectation of Shug self - representation, it intends to make a response to the advocating of multi - ethnic literature writing.
