伤寒患者的病情观察与护理体会

Patient's condition observation and nursing experience of typhoid patients

目的探讨和总结对伤寒患者进行临床观察和护理的经验。方法对36例伤寒患者的临床病例资料进行回顾性分析,总结伤寒的临床病情观察和护理经验。结果对患者的病情观察和护理主要包括:药物疗效的观察和护理、发热护理、饮食护理、心理护理以及并发症护理。结论对伤寒患者必须重视临床表现,加强病情观察,早期诊断,早期治疗,防止并发症的发生以利于患者的康复。

Objective To observe and summarize the observation and nursing experience of typhoid patients.Methods Clinical data of 36 cases of typhoid patients were analyzed retrospectively.The nursing experiences were summarized.Results The observation and nursing experience of typhoid patients contained curative effect observation and nursing,fever nursing,diet nursing,complication nursing and mentality nursing.Conclusions For the typhoid patients,the clinical situation should be valued.The patient＇s condition observation,early diagnosis and early treatment are all beneficial for the recovery of patients.
