新型疏水缔合聚合物(AP-P4)用于堵水的应用研究

摘要 AP-P4是四川光亚科技股份有限公司生产的新型高分子疏水缔合聚合物,其固含量为90%,相对分子质量为13×106左右,水不溶物含量为0.154%,水解度为18.1%,疏水基团的摩尔分数在2%~5%之间。在其水溶液中同时存在亲水基团和疏水基团,亲水基团可以使其非常轻松地吸附在水湿的岩石表面,从而使疏水基团向外延伸,增加水透过时的流动阻力;而且聚合物分子之间会发生缔合现象,构成空间立体结构,阻碍水分子的通过,这些均可起到堵水的效果。实验研究结果表明,AP-P4溶液在选择性和堵水效果方面都有不错的表现:其进入水层和油层的比例5∶1(注入压力1 MPa),且这种选择性伴随着压力的增加而升高;其含量0.1%的溶液在中低渗透率的岩心中堵水率可以达到90%以上,而其堵油率可以随着油透过量的增加而逐渐降低,最终可以降到10%以下。 AP - P4 is a new polymer of hydrophobic associating polymer produced by Sichuan Guangya Technology Limited with solid content of 90%, molecular weight of about 13×10^6, water insoluble substances of 0. 154%, hydrolysis degree of 18.1%, molar fraction of hydrophobic groups of 2% -5%. In its aqueous solution , there existed hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups in which the former groups could make it easily to be adsorbed on water wet rock surfaces, so that the hydrophobic groups extend outward, increasing the water flow resistance through obsolete, moreover polymer molecules will be associated, constituting a spatial structure, blocking water molecules through the synthetic core and thus having water plugging effect. Experimental research proved that AP -P4 solution had good performances in selectivity and water plugging . The mass ratio of AP - P4 entering the water layer to that entering oil layer was 5 : 1 ( injection pressure 1 MPa) and the selectivity increased with the increase Of pressure. It had water plugging rate of more than 90% in low to middle permeable cores, The oil plugging rate decrease with the increase of oil penetration, finally decrease to less than 10%.
