摘要
由丙烯腈(AN)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和N,N'-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAM)聚合制备了水基钻井液用耐高温聚合物降滤失剂FRT-2,分别在评价土基浆、淡水基浆、盐水基浆、海水基浆和聚磺钻井液中评价了其性能。结果表明,加入1%FRT-2后,淡水基浆、盐水基浆、海水基浆的高温高压(HTHP)滤失量明显下降;在海上油田使用的聚磺钻井液中加入1%FRT-2,HTHP滤失量(205℃,3.45 MPa)可控制在35 mL左右,表现出较好的耐温性能和降滤失性能。
A fihrate reducer FRT -2 with high temperature-resistance was synthesized from acrylonitrile (AN), 2 - acrylamido - 2 - methylpropane - sulfonate (AMPS), and N, N' - dimethylacrylamide (DMAM). The properties of FRT - 2 were evaluated separately in bentonite - based mud, freshwater - based mud, brine - based mud, seawater - based mud, and polymer - sulfated drilling fluid. The result showed that the high temperature and high pressure (HTHP) filtration loss of the all muds with 1% FRT -2 added de- creased obviously. The HTHP filtration loss (205 ℃ ,3.45 MPa) of polymer- sulfated drilling fluid with 1% FRT- 2 added was about 35 mL. Thus, FRT -2 has good performances on high temperature-resistance and filtrate reduction.
