This paper presents the validation and application pilot project for developed five information technology service standards（ITSS） in details.We also explain the background,content and methods,status of the validation and application pilot project.The implementation tool systems and platforms in support of the standards,the typical cases and the market patterns and mechanisms on the basis of the standards are also introduced in the paper.
