福建省发现A组第Ⅰ亚群轮状病毒变异图型 被引量:3

摘要 我们于1988年11月份,应用RNA-PAGE、EM和轮状病毒ELJSA等试验方法,对273份急性腹泻病人的粪便标本进行检测,发现1株具有A组抗原的典型轮状病毒。但其RNV基因分析可见清晰的12个RNA基因片段区带,说明该株轮状病毒的基因结构是由12个双链RNA片段组成,从而彻底地改变了A组轮状病毒的4:2:3:2基因模式,重组了独具一格的4:3:3:2基因模式,且整个基因组的泳动长度与HRV短型一致。RNA片段的分子量范围为1.82~0.28×10~6,总分子量为11.46×10~8。上述特点说明T_(314)株是A组第Ⅰ亚群轮状病毒的变异图型。目前尚未见到亚群Ⅰ变异的报告,有待进一步研究。 In November, 1988,we analysed 273 fecal samples from acute diarrheal pat-tents with the methods of RNA-PACE, electron microscopy and ELISA, etc, and found a typical rotavirus with the group A antigen. It is RNA analysis showed the clear 12 RNA fragment, that meant that the rotavirus, gene structure is composed by 12 doublchain RNA fragment, the results thoroughly changed the gene pattern with 4:2:3:2 of group A rotavirus and reformed an unusual . gene pattern of 4:3:3:2. The total length of the gene's electrophoresis was the same with that of the short type. The molecular size of the RNA fragment was 1.82 0.28*106 dal,the total molecular size was 11.46*106 dal. according to the characters mentioned above, the T314 strain was defined as a mutant of subgroup I rotavirus in group A. Until present, the mutanis of subgroup I of rotavirus haven't been reported, it need a further research.
