重症肌无力的治疗进展

Progress of treatment in myasthenia gravis

重症肌无力(MG)是一种乙酰胆碱受体(AchR)介导的,细胞免疫依赖及补体参与的神经-肌肉接头(NMJ)处传递障碍的自身免疫性疾病。近几十年来,MG的治疗方法得到了不少发展,有效降低了MG的病死率,但是至今仍无一种统一的治疗方案。本文对MG的治疗进展作一综述。

Myasthenia gravis（MG） is an autoimmune disorder caused by autoantibodies against the acetylcholine receptor on the postsynaptic membrane at the neuromuscular junction.In past decades,with the improvment of the therapy of MG,the mortality was reduced.But there is no standard treatment for MG patients now.This article is a review of the progress in treatment for MG.
