中药鉴定技术的研究与发展

Research and development of identification technology of traditional Chinese medicine

伴随着现代生物技术的不断发展,中药鉴定方法由较为传统的鼻闻、眼观、口尝、手触以及升华、水试、火试等经验性鉴别,发展至目前已涉及到分子水平或是基因水平的DNA分子遗传标记技术以及计算机图像分析、聚类分析等新方法、新技术。这些新方法、新技术对完善我国中药鉴定的标准化与科学性具有举足轻重的意义和长远的发展前景。与此同时,在不断发展引进新技术、新方法的同时,切不可废弃传统经验技术。唯有通过正确合理的有机结合,才能不断完善中药鉴定技术的合理发展与提高。本文综述了中药鉴定技术的研究与进展,及其在中药鉴定技术中的应用特点与前景。

With the continuous development of modern biotechnology,the identification methods of traditional Chinese medicine progressed from the traditional smell,view,taste,touch and sublimation,water testing,fire testing and other experiential identification methods to the current methods involving the molecular level or gene level DNA molecular genetic marker technology and the computer image analysis,cluster analysis and other new methods and new technology.These new methods and technology are of essential significance and long term development prospects to improve the standardization and scientificity of the identification of traditional Chinese medicine.Meanwhile,at the same time of the continuous development and introduction of new technology and new methods,the traditional experiential technology must not be abandoned.Only through correct and reasonable combination can improve the reasonable development and improvement of identification technology of traditional Chinese medicine constantly.This paper reviewes the research and progress of the identification technology of traditional Chinese medicine and its application characteristics and prospects in the identification technology of traditional Chinese medicine.
