颅骨穿透型脑膜瘤CT及MRI表现分析

目的分析颅骨穿透型脑膜瘤的CT及MRI表现。方法选取均经手术及病理证实的颅骨穿透型脑膜瘤11例,其中6例仅行MRI检查,3例行CT及MRI检查,2例仅行CT检查;发生在大脑凸面4例,蝶骨嵴7例。分析其CT、MRI表现,并与病理类型对照。结果 CT、MRI均表现为颅骨增生和颅外软组织肿块,伴有骨质破坏,MRI均显示颅内软组织肿块,CT仅2例见颅内软组织肿块,增强后MRI均可见颅内外肿块明显均匀、不均匀强化。结论颅骨穿透型脑膜瘤具有较典型的影像学表现。CT和MRI具有诊断价值,MRI优于CT,CT观察钙化和骨质改变优于MRI,MRI显示软组织清晰,并准确判断病变的范围,两者结合在本病的诊断、治疗及随访中起重要重要作用。

Objective To study the CT,MRI displaying of cranial bone penetration meningioma.Methods Crinial bone penetration meningioma comfirmed by surgery operation and pathology were 11 cases,there were 6 cases MRI scaned,and 3 cases had scaned by CT and MRI at the same time;There were 2 cases CT scaned,4 cases happened in convexity of brian,7 cases in sphenoidal crest.The CT and MRI displaying were analysed retrospectively,and compared pathological type of them.Results CT and MRI showed skull accrementition and damagement and tumour out of cranium.MRI showed all intracalvarium tumour,CT showed 2 cases intracalvarium tumour.The MRI showed tumour out of cranium and intracalvarium tumour uniformity or no uniformity reinforcement after the enhancement.Conclusion Crinial bone penetration meningioma has more typical CT and MRI manifestation.CT and MRI have diagnosis value,MRI is more excellent than CT,CT can watch calcification and sclerotin change,MRI can manifest clearly soft tissue,and judge accurately extent of disease;combine with application CT and MRI are important about crinial bone penetration meningioma of diagnosis and therapy and follow-up visit.
