胆胰转流术治疗肥胖并2型糖尿病2例报告 被引量:1

A report of biliopancreatic diversion in the treatment of 2 obese patients accompanied with type 2 diabetes

摘要 目的探讨胆胰转流术对肥胖并2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法武警广西总队医院内分泌诊疗中心2010年对2例肥胖并2型糖尿病患者施行胆胰转流术,并对结果进行追踪随访。结果患者手术顺利,术后随访第18个月2例患者体重分别从术前的81 kg及87 kg降至61 kg及59 kg;体重指数(BMI)分别从术前的34.8 kg/m2及35.3 kg/m2降至26.7 kg/m2及23.9 kg/m2。患者术前伴随的2型糖尿病、糖尿病肾病、高血压、高脂血症、脂肪肝、阻塞性呼吸睡眠暂停均已治愈。结论胆胰转流术有良好的减重及缓解糖尿病等并发病的效果。 Objective To report the therapeutic effect of biliopancreatic diversion to obese patients accompanied with type 2 diabetes.Methods In 2010,biliopancreatic diversion was performed for two obese patients accompanied with type 2 in the endocrine diagnosis and treatment center of armed police corps hospital in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The results of patients were followed up.Results The operation was successfully performed without complications.18 months later,2 patients had lost weight from 81 kg and 87 kg to 61 kg and 59 kg respectively,patients' preoperative and postoperative body mass index(BMI) had been dropped from 34.8 kg/m2 and 35.3 kg/m2 to 26.7 kg/m2 and 23.9 kg/m2 respectively.Patients with diabetes,the preoperative type 2 diabetes,diabetic nephropathy,high blood pressure,hyperlipidemia,fatty liver and obstructive respiratory sleep were all cured after the operation.Conclusion Biliopancreatic diversion obtains good results on weight reduction and type 2 diabetic with complications.
