摘要
目的确定复方鹿衔草颗粒剂制备工艺的条件。方法以正交法优选复方鹿衔草颗粒剂的最佳提取和制剂工艺条件。结果将本处方加水煎煮二次,每次1h,合并煎液,静置,滤过,减压浓缩至一定的相对密度的浸膏,加入适量的糊精及甜菊素,用3%聚维酮K30的90%乙醇溶液制成颗粒,干燥,即得。结论该制备方法简单可行,所得制剂质量稳定,可作为复方鹿衔草颗粒剂的制备工艺。
Objective To determine Compound Balanophoora involucrate Hook.f particle preparation condition.Methods Optimize the best preparation condition of Compound Balanophoora involucrate Hook.f with Ortogonality Measure.Results Boil the prescription twice in water for 1h each time,followed by water solution,stewing,filtration,and then concentrate it into extractum under reduced pressure.Some dextrin and steviosin were added,and finally the particles were obtained with 3% povidone K30 of 90% ethanol and drying.Conclusion This preparation method was simple and feasible,and the product quality was stable.It can be considered as preparation condition of Compound Balanophoora involucrate Hook.f particle.
