有进腹手术史的异位妊娠患者行腹腔镜手术临床探讨

Clinical Discussion of Treatment Effect of Ectopic Pregnancy by Laparoscopy in Patients with History of Abdominal Surgery

目的探讨有进腹手术史的异位妊娠行腹腔镜手术的临床治疗效果。方法将我院收治的96例有进腹手术史的异位妊娠患者随机分成两组,腹腔镜手术组50例,开腹手术组46例。最后比较两组治疗后的临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,腹腔镜手术组患者手术平均时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间及平均住院时间均优于开腹手术组(均P<0.05),差异显著具有可比性。结论通过腹腔镜手术治疗进腹手术史的异位妊娠患者,疗效显著,患者痛苦小,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effects of treating ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopy among patients with history of abdominal surgery.Methods 96 cases were randomly divided into two groups which included 50 cases of laparoscopy and 46 cases of abdominal surgery.Finally,compare the effects of treatment with each other after surgery.Result The group of laparoscopy was significantly better in amount of bleeding,postoperative anus exhausting time and average stay than the group of abdominal surgery（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopy is efficacy significantly for patients with history of abdominal surgery,which is worthy of promotion.
