摘要
目的为加强培养医学生的临床思维能力,探索PBL(Problem-based Learning)方法在教学查房中的应用效果。方法应用PBL方法进行心包积液的教学查房。结果教师评估医学生的观察分析能力、临床技能、查阅文献、分析问题、解决问题等能力,医学生通过问卷对应用PBL方法教学查房进行评价,均获得良好效果。结论 PBL方法在教学查房中的应用更有利于医学生临床思维能力的培养。
Objective To strengthen the training of medical students' clinical thinking ability,we explore the application of PBL(Problem-based Learning) method in teaching round and assess its effect.Methods We Applyed PBL method of teaching rounds of the pericardial effusion patient.Results The teacher evaluated the medical students' observation analysis ability,clinical skills,literature and problem analysis,and problem solving ability.Medical students evaluated teaching rounds through the questionnaire.All of them have got good results.Conclusion the application of PBL(Problem-based Learning) method in teaching round can more benefit the training of medical students' clinical thinking ability.
