摘要
目的观察并对比腹腔镜手术与小切口开腹术治疗胆囊结石的手术效果。方法 102例行胆囊切除的胆结石患者随机分为腹腔镜手术组(观察组)与小切口开腹手术组(对照组),对比两组患者手术效果与并发症发生情况。结果①观察组平均手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间等均明显小(少)于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组腹部感染、胆漏、肠粘连、出血等并发症的发生率(13.7%)低于对照组(30.0%)。结论胆囊结石行腹腔镜手术切除胆囊具有创伤小、并发症少、恢复快的优点,总体效果优于小切口开腹术。
Objective To have an comparison on clinical effects between laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） and miniopen cholecystectomy（MOC）.Method 102 cholecystolithiasis combined with cholecystitis patients were randomized into observational group and comparative group underwent LC and OC surgery respectively,surgical results complications postoperation were compared.Results ①Surgical time,bleeding volume,pass gas time,hospital stay of observational group were both less than comparative group（P〈0.05）;②Complications＇incidence in observational group（13.7%）was lower than comparative group（30.0%）.Conclusion LC for cholecystolithiasis is superior than MOC in terms of minimal invasion,less complication,faster recovery,etc.
