尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死效果的TOAST分型评价

Evaluation of Human Urinary Kallidinogenase in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction (ACI) According to TOAST Classification

目的分型观察尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死近期临床疗效及安全性。方法将140例急性脑梗死住院患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用尤瑞克林14天,结合TOAST分型观察分析两组患者治疗前后的NIHSS评分与不良反应。结果两组患者NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。除心源性外,治疗组中其他TOAST分型脑梗死及轻中度脑梗死的NIHSS评分减少(神经功能改善)程度均优于对照组的相同类型(P<0.05)。治疗组的显效率也优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未发现严重不良反应。结论尤瑞克林能安全改善多数类型急性脑梗死的急性神经功能缺损。

Objective To evaluate the short term clinical efficacy and safety of Human Urinary Kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infaretion（ACI） according to TOAST classification.Methods 140 Patients with ACI were divided randomly into the treatment group and control group,Human Urinary Kallidinogenase was administrated to the patients in the treatment group for 14 days in addition to basic treatment.The NIHSS scores of two groups were analyzed before and after the treatment linking to TOAST classification and the treatment adverse reactions were observed.Results The NIHSS scores of two groups were significantly improved compared with that before the treatment（P〈0.05）.The scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The NIHSS score reduction（improvement of neurological function） level of other TOAST types of stroke besides cardiogenic cerebral embolism or mild and moderate stroke in the treatment group exceeded that of the same stroke types in the control group（P 0.05）.Excellence effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Serious adverse reactions were not found in both groups.Conclusion Human Urinary Kallidinogenase can safely improve the acute neurologic impairment of most types of ACI.
