高效液相色谱法测定桃花前列康丸中绿原酸的含量

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Taohongqianliekang Pills by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定桃花前列康丸中绿原酸的含量。方法采用Agilengt Eclipse Plus-C18色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸(17:83);流速:0.6mL/min;检测波长327nm。结果绿原酸在0.04256～0.6810μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率为98.75%,RSD=0.85%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于测定桃花前列康丸中绿原酸的含量。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in taohongqianliekang pills.Method The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column,using Acetonitrile-0.4% Phosphate（17：83） as mobile phase.The content was detected at a waveleng of 327nm,the flow rate was0.6mL/min.Results The Chlorogenic acid have a good tincar rolatim in the range of 0.04256～0.6810μg（r=0.9996）,the average recovery was 98.75%,RSD=0.85%（n=6）.Conclusion The established method is accuracy,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of taohongqianliekang pills.
