肝蛭净对感染肝片吸虫黄牛血清γ-谷氨酰胺转肽酶活性的影响

摘要 本文报告了感染肝片吸虫的黄牛经肝蛭净(化学名triclabendazole,商品名Fasinex)治疗后,血清γ-谷氨酰胺转肽酶(γ-Glutanyl transpeptide,简称γ-GT)活性的变化。比较两对照组,肝片吸虫的入侵导致血清γ-GT活性曲线呈明显升高。比较两治疗组,2周龄组的血清γ-GT活性曲线明显升高,而8周龄组的曲线则比较平稳。试验结果提示:肝蛭净治疗8周龄肝片吸虫比治疗2周龄肝片吸虫效果好。各组曲线作函数回归处理,呈现指数函数规律。 This paper reports the change of the activity of γ-Glutanyl Transpeptide (γ-GT) in serum of the cattle infected with Fasciola Hepatica and treated with triclabendazole. Comparing the two control groups, the activity of serum γ-GT was increased after being invaded by the flukes. The experiment group I was treated with the drug after infection and its average of γ-GT values increased roughly. The experiment group Ⅱ was treated with the drug after infection and there was no change in its average of γ-GT values. This test results showed indiretly that efficiency of tri-clabendazole against the fluke aged 8 weeks was better than that against the fluke aged 2 weeks.
