超声诊断心脏黏液瘤14例分析

目的总结14例心脏黏液瘤患者的临床表现及声像图特征。方法手术和病理证实为心脏黏液瘤，回顾性分析临床表现和术前声像图检查资料。结果心脏黏液瘤多位于左心，右心较少见，手术是治疗的唯一方法。结论超声心动图对心脏黏液瘤的诊断具有极其重要的作用。

Objective To summarize clinical and ultrasound features of 14 cases of patients with cardiac myxoma. Methods All cases verified by surgery and pathology were collected, their clinical and ultrasonographic characteristics were retrospectively analyzed. Results Cardiac myxoma was usually located in left heart, located in the right heart was very rare. Operation was the only treatment method. Conclusion Echocardiography plays an important role in diagnosis of cardiac myxoma.
