摘要 动脉粥样硬化的形成是动脉壁内泡沫细胞逐渐沉积的慢性炎症过程。循环中的氧化脂质特别是氧化型低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,以及一些体液因子、细胞因子均可引起单核巨噬细胞表面的清道夫受体表达增加,单核巨噬细胞吞噬大量含胆固醇的脂质,胆固醇流出减少,形成泡沫细胞,并在内皮下聚集,从而促进动脉粥样硬化的发生。
