摘要 心肾综合征（CRS）广泛定义为心肾的病理生理紊乱。心脏和肾脏中一个器官的慢性或急性功能不全可能诱发另一个器官的慢性或急性功能不全，急性（或慢性）心脏或肾脏功能不全相互影响、相互加重，导致心肾功能急剧恶化。
