艾灸配合子午流注纳甲法治疗原发性痛经的临床观察

Treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with moxibustion combining Ziwuliuzhu Najia method

目的观察艾灸配合子午流注纳甲法治疗原发性痛经的效果,进而寻找一种在临床上治疗原发性痛经的方法。方法采用随机对照的临床试验研究方法,将64例患者随机分为治疗组34例(采用艾灸配合子午流注纳甲法),对照组30例(服用去痛片),采用视觉模糊评分法(VAS)测定与分析疼痛值,对其止痛疗效作出客观的评定。结果治疗3个月经周期及随访1个月经周期,2组均显示出良好的止痛效果,而且每个周期治疗前治疗组疼痛值递减(P<0.01)。结论艾灸配合子午流注纳甲法能够有效地缓解原发性痛经的疼痛,尤其能使病情逐渐减轻。

Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion combining Ziwuliuzhu Najia method on primary dysmenorrhea, and find out a therapy for primary dysmenorrhea. Methods All 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n=34, treated with moxibustion combining Ziwuliuzhu Najia method） and control group （n=30, treated with somedon） by using randomized and controlled trial method. The value of pain was detected and analyzed by applying visual analogue scale （VAS）, and the curative effect of moxibustion combining Ziwuliuzhu Najia method was assessed objectively. Results After treatment for 3 menstrual cycles and follow-up for one menstrual cycle, there were excellent analgesic effects in two groups, and the value of pain decreased progressively in treatment group before treatment in each menstrual cycle （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Moxihustion combining Ziwuliuzhu Najia method can effectively relieve the pain, and ameliorate the condition of primary dysmenorrhea.
