Research on early hospital-family intervention management model for high-risk neonates

目的探讨高危新生儿医院-家庭早期干预管理模式实施的效果。方法实施医院-家庭早期干预系统管理模式,建立早期干预组织,培训干预人员实施系统干预。结果观察组高危新生儿定期随访达标率、高危新生儿智力发育指数和运动发育指数、高危新生儿家长早期干预认知水平、高危新生儿家长满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对高危新生儿实施医院-家庭模式早期干预管理,能够保证早期干预顺利进行,提高早期干预效果,赢得较好的社会效益。

Objective To explore the effects of early hospital - family intervention management model for high - risk neonates. Methods An early hospi- tal - family intervention management model was applied for high - risk neonates. The measures included establishing an early intervention organization, training staffs and parents scientifically, and carrying out systematic intervention. Results The regular follow - up compliance rate and intcligence development index, psychomotor development index, early intervention cognitive level of parents and parental satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Implementation of the early hospital - family intervention management model for high - risk neonates can ensure the smooth progress, improve the effects of early intervention, and achieve good social benefits.
