摘要
目的探讨在传染病医院实施住院总护师制的效果。方法设置住院总护师岗位并在全院选拔任命2名住院总护师,任期半年。任职前进行培训,并制订岗位职责和值班要求。结果值班护士长及夜班护士的工作压力降低(P<0.01),护士的基础操作水平提高(P<0.01)。结论实施住院总护师制有效缓解了值班护士长和夜班护士的工作压力,提高了夜间值班护士的应急能力、护理质量和综合素质,从而保证了护理安全。
Objective To explore the effects of the chief resident nurse system applied in infectious hospitals. Methods After setting the post of chief resident nurse, two nurses were selected and trained before the term, each term was half year. The work responsibility and duties were formulated. Results The pressure of the head nurses and night shift nurses was reduced (P 〈 0.01 ), and the basic skiil level of nurses improved ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The implementation of the chief resident nurse system can reduce the pressure of the head nurses and night shift nurses, improve the quality of nursing and the capability of managing emergency events of night shift nurses, and ensure the safety of nursing.
