畜用布鲁氏菌有免疫力无凝集原性菌株M-111的选育和鉴定

Selection and Identification of Non-Agglutinogenic Strain M-111 on Brucellosis Vaccine for Use in Animals

采用改良的生长凝集试验从大量羊种布鲁氏菌中选育出1株具有免疫作用的无凝集原性菌株,编号为M-111。M-111菌株为粗糙型(R),具有羊种布鲁氏菌的一般特性,低毒力,性状稳定,接种M-111菌液的动物不产生光滑型(S)诊断抗体,以M-111菌株制造菌苗用于预防接种,可以避免与自然感染相混淆的诊断问题。

A non-agglutinogenic strain M-111 have been obtained from 150 Br. melitensis by modified growth agglutination test of selection method in our laboratory. Br, melitensis strain 111 (M- 111) has good genetic stability and immunogenicity without smooth brucella agglutinating antigenocity. So M- 111 could be used for (could be used for) a non-smooth vaccine strain.
