创新药物体外ADMET的高通量筛选技术研究进展

High Throughput Screening of in Vitro ADMET Profiling in Drug Discovery

摘要 目前的新药研发策略已从传统的以活性为主导的筛选模式,转变为在测定药效的同时平行评价化合物的ADMET性质,并建立了系列体外ADMET高通量筛选技术。本文综述了近年来药物体外ADMET高通量筛选技术的研究进展。 Evaluation and optimization of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic data plays an important role in drug discovery and development.In this review,we summarize state of the high throughput assays for screening of key physicochemical properties such as pKa,lipophilicity and solubility as well as in vitro ADMET profiling.
