A Detection for Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome Grading Diagnosis

摘要 目的:对不同患病程度的OSAS患者的子带能量比特性进行研究,同时给出一种适用于家庭环境的OSAS检测方法。方法:以鼾声第一共振峰集中频段为先验知识,分析27例OSAS患者和13例单纯打鼾者鼾声的子带能量比。结果:本文方法能较好的区分OSAS患者和单纯打鼾者。中、重度OSAS患者的子带能量比均高于轻度患者,差异具有统计学意义,中度和重度患者的差异不明显。最后给出家庭环境中本文方法的检测精度,灵敏度为92.86%,特异性为92.97%。结论:本文方法能有效的检测OSAS患者,有望实现大规模普及化筛查,并为今后利用鼾声特性区分不同患病程度提供一种有效的研究思路。 Objective: Study on the ratio of Sub-band energy for the patients of different Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome Grading and propose an OSAS detection method undergoing home environment.Methods: Based on the priori knowledge of frequency band which the first formant frequency of snore sound occurred in,we analyzed the ratio of sub-band energy of snore for 27 cases of OSAS patients and 13 cases of simple snorers.Results: Our method can distinguish patients with OSAS and simple snoring.The ratios of sub-band energy for the moderate and severe OSAS cases were higher than the patients with mild,but there was no markedly difference between severe patients and moderate cases.At last,we proposed an OSAS detection method undergoing home environment.The sensitivity was 92.86 % and the specificity was 92.97 %.Conclusions: This method was effective in detection of OSAS patients,which was expected to be used as a convenient and routine diagnostic method,and it could lay the groundwork for separating different severity of OSAS in detail.
