小针刀结合点刺放血治疗小腿部肌筋膜炎的临床观察

The Small Knife Needle Combined with Pricking Blood Therapy of Leg Muscle Fasciitis Clinical Cure

[目的]观察小针刀结合点刺放血治疗小腿部肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。[方法]采用随机对照试验,共观察2010年2月至2011年6月我院收治的不腿部肌筋膜炎患者81例,其中小针刀结合点刺放血治疗组41例,中医针刺推拿治疗对照组40例,对此两组疗效。[结果]小针刀结合点刺放血治疗组总有效率97.56%,与对照组总有效率85.00%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]小针刀结合点刺放血治疗小腿部肌筋膜炎可使局部粘连迅速解除,操作简单、痛苦小、见效快、易被患者接受。

[ Objective] To observe the effect for the small knife needle combined with pricking blood therapy of leg muscle fasciitis chnically. [Methods] To adopt randomized controlled trial, patients were observed in 81 cases totally, which adopt the needle knife combined with pricking blood（therapy group 41 cases）. Treat in traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture with massage 40 cases of the control group. [Results] The small needle knife combined with pricking blood therapy group, the total efficiency is 97.56%, compared with the total efficiency of 85% for In control group, there was a major significance.In the two groups before and after treatment, for the main symptoms displayed with needle knife combined with pricking blood therapy, it can significandy improve the chnical symptoms and signs, and is better than traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture with massage group, a higher cure rate on the leg muscle fasciitis. [Conclusion] The small needle knife combined with pricking blood therapy can release partial adhesion quickly, simple, with less pain, instant effect, and easy to be accepted by patients.
