薄氏腹针治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎140例临床观察

Bao’s Abdominal Needle Treat Chronic Atophic Gastritis 140 Cases

[目的]观察薄氏腹针疗法治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效。[方法]采用随机对照的方法,将140例患者随机分为常规药物治疗组(对照组)和薄氏腹针疗法组(治疗组),对照组予奥美拉唑胶囊20mg,每日2次,病例疗程30天;治疗组在常规药物基础上,按照薄氏腹针疗法选穴,取中脘、下脘、气海、关元、天枢(双侧)、大横(左)穴位,选用0.22mm×40 mm的一次性针灸针进针,留针30min,每日1次,共治疗30天。[结果]从临床症状和胃黏膜糜烂愈合程度上比较,对照组和治疗组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]薄氏腹针疗法治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎有较好的疗效。

[Objective] Observation of abdominal needle therapy in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis. [Methods] With random controlled method, 140 patients were randomly divided into routine treatment b-coup（control group）and abdominal needle therapy group（treatment group）; control group, 20mg of omeprazole capsule, 2 times daily, a course of treatment is 30 days; the treatment group was treated with routine drug,s basis, according to Bo＇s Abdominal Acupuncture and acupoint selection, and Zhongwan, Xiawan, Qihai. Guanyuan, Tianshu（bilateral）,Grand Cross （left） point, choose 0.22mm × 40 mm disposable acupuncture needle, 30min, 1 time daily, for 30 days. [Kesults] From the clinical symptoms and gastric mucosal erosion extent,control group and treatment group were significantly different （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Abdominal needle therapy in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis has better curative effect.
