中药结合针灸保守治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎80例疗效观察

TCM Combined with Acupuncture Treat Acute Pure Appendicitis 80 Cases in Conservation

[目的]观察中药结合针灸保守治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎治疗效果。[方法]将80例急性单纯性阑尾炎患者随机分为对照组40例、治疗组40例,对照组采取西医抗炎治疗,治疗组采用西医抗炎联合中药结合针灸治疗。[结果]治疗组有效率95%,治愈率82.5%,平均治愈天数4.5天;对照组有效率80%,治愈率65%,平均治愈天数6.5天。[结论]中药结合针灸治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎具有疗效好、疗程短的特点。

[Objective ] To observe the cure effect of TCM combined with acupuncture on acute pure appendicitis. [Method] Randomly divide 80 cases into 2 groups： control and treatment, 40 in each. Control one takes western medicine for anti-inflammation; treatment one TCM and acupuncture in combination. [Result] In treatment group, effective rate was 95%, cure rate 82.5%, average cure days 4.5; and 80%, 65% and 6.5 respectively for other group. [Conclusion] TCM combined with acupuncture has advantages of good cure effect and short course in treating acute pure appendicitis.
