单味中药抑制胃癌细胞株体外增殖作用的实验研究进展

Experimental Developments on Single Chinese Herbal Drug Inhibiting Gastric Cancer Cell Line Proliferation in vitro

胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,传统中医药治疗肿瘤具有低毒、有效、价廉等特点,成为筛选胃癌防治药物的较理想研究领域。本文按照单体、单味中药提取的有效成分的分类将近几年来单味中药抑制人胃癌细胞株体外增殖作用的实验基础研究近况做一综述,为进一步的相关研究提供参考依据及确定方向,从而筛选出疗效肯定有应用前景的中药有效成分(或单体),充分发挥中药作用范围广、副作用小的优势,使中医药在治疗胃癌方面发挥更大的作用。

Gastric cancer is one of common malignant tumors in our country, TCM is featured with low toxin, effect and cheapness in treating rumors, becoming an ideal field in studying drags preventing and treating gastric cancer. It makes review on experimental basic research of monomer or single Chinese drag inhibiting human gastric cancer cell line prohferation in vitro in recent years, offering reference and base for further concerned studies, therefore screening out effective components of TCM with application future, fully exerting TCM advantages： broad application and little side effects, making it in full play in treating gastric cancer.
