双水平气道正压通气联合常规药物治疗急性左心功能衰竭24例疗效分析

摘要 急性左心功能衰竭（acute left heart failure，ALHF）是急诊科常见的危重疾病之一，患者多表现为呼吸困难、活动耐力明显下降，重者可合并有肺水肿、心原性休克等，若处理不当可很快继而引起各种重要脏器不可逆的缺氧代谢性损害，甚至危及生命。
