RP-HPLC测定酸枣仁汤配方颗粒中芒果苷的含量

Determination of Mangiferin in Suanzaorentang dispensing granule by RP-HPLC

目的:建立酸枣仁汤配方颗粒芒果苷的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:Lichrospher C18柱,乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸水溶液(12:88)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为35℃;于258nm测定酸枣仁汤配方颗粒中的芒果苷。结果:芒果苷的线性范围为0.0976～0.488μg,平均回收率为98.17%(RSD=1.23%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、无干扰,可用于测定酸枣仁汤配方颗粒中芒果苷含量。

Objective： To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of Mangiferin in Suanzaorentang Dispensing Granule. Methods： Lichrospher-Cls column was used with the mobile phase being a mixture Acetonitrile-0. 2% Acetic Acid（12：88） , flow rate being 1.0 mL＇min-1, column temperature being 35 ℃ , detecting wavelength being 258 nm. Results： The linear relationship of Mangiferin from 0. 097 6 - 0. 488 μg, The average recovery was 98. 17 % （ RSD = 1.23% and n = 6 ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Suanzaorentang Dispensing Granule.
