弓形体对三种培养细胞感染的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 尽管弓形体可以侵犯人和动物的多种组织器官,但却常见侵犯中枢神经系统(CNS)。为判断CNS细胞对弓形体的感染是否较其它组织细胞敏感,我们采用人脑多形性胶质母细胞瘤(BT_(325))、人胚胎肺(2BS)、非洲绿猴肾(VERO)三种传代的培养细胞,定量接种弓形体速殖子,在4.5小时内观察3种细胞的感染情况。结果表明:(1)BT_(325)细胞感染率最高,其多重感染细胞占总感染细胞的百分率亦高,而且感染细胞与其它两种细胞相比,差异非常显著,说明BT_(325) 细胞对弓形体较为敏感。(2)两种胚胎性细胞(BT_(325)与2BS)较成体细胞(VERO)易感。 To determine whether CNS cells were differentially susceptible to infection by toxoplasma gondii among many organ systems' cells, susceptibility of human glioblastoma multiforme cells (BT325) was compared with that of 2BS cells and that of VERO cells under identical conditions with equal inocula of toxoplasma gondii's tachyzoites,within 4. 5 hours the infective states were observed. Results showed (1) the infection rate of BT325Cells was the highest;the multiple infections' rate within an individual cell was also highest in this cell type;the number of parasites among infected cells was also greatest in this type. (2) Both type cells (BT325and 2BS) are more susceptible to infection by toxoplasma gondii than adult cells (VERO).
